Gaming Eminence: Quarterly Edition

Issue 1: September 2022 - Evolving Technology Outlook.

I am delighted to welcome you to the the first Gaming Eminence quarterly report magazine, for professionals globally working within the gambling industry with a keen interest in evolving technology.

We hope that this quarterly edition becomes an insightful resource alongside our online platform for individuals to get an in-depth understanding on how tech is impacting this market. Our aim is to continue to expand our reach by providing you in house analysis, interviews, and commentary from tech experts inside and outside of the industry.

In this launch edition we reached out to number of industry professionals for an initial perspective on evolving technology and its role, specifically around the current and future impact it may have. Answers to questions are always interesting depending on the type of business ones eyes look through.

As you progress through we then dive into some deeper Q&A interviews starting out with how investment firm Waterhouse VC looks at the industry and tech. In our emerging markets section we hear from Salsa Technology and Moja group on the LatAM and African markets.

Within the RegTech section we hear from Taylor Wessing and Pinsent Masons on managing data, data protection and the SCV. Staying on the topic of data we then speak with C&N Sporting Risk as Henry Newman breaks down data and in-play sports betting with a look into modelling and data science.

In a return to the industry with i3Soft we manage to catch John Caldwell on his thoughts on the digital experience.

Leading on with experience Shahar Attias gives us a breakdown on why a poor CRM will lead to a bad experience internally and externally, plus his pizza preference. Lastly we touch in around cyber security with Accertify.

As we want to continue to enhance and evolve this service please reach out to us at editorial@gamingeminence.com should you wish to discuss a potential interview.

Now I will leave you to progress with the edition.
