Fotis Konstantellos has stepped down from his role as Member of the Board and Deputy CEO. Effective immediately, he will be succeeded by Konstantinos Farris, who will take on the position of Group Chief Technology Officer in addition to his new role on the Board.

Chairman and CEO, Sokratis Kokkalis, of Intralot, expressed his gratitude to Fotis Konstantellos for his many years of service and wished Konstantinos Farris success in his new position. Farris previously served as CTO of Intralot from 1997 to 2016.
The reconstitution of the Board of Directors of Intralot was confirmed at a meeting held on March 21, 2023.

It was only last month the company announced a recent change announcing that Nikolaos Nikolakopoulos was to step down as Member of the Board and Deputy CEO in order to become CEO of its subsidiary, Intralot Inc., in the United States https://www.intralot.com/newsroom/mr-nikolakopoulos/
The move for Nikolaos came a few months after the announcement in December 2022 that Intralot, had secured a five-year contract with the Ohio Lottery through its subsidiary, Intralot Inc.
